How it Works
This is the process your devices and data take start to finish.
In this step, the business will initiate contact to request commercial e-recycling services. A representative will then reach out to identify the scope of work and generate a preliminary quote.
At this stage, the scope of work has been generated. We will conduct a walkthrough with the client to ensure that all details in the scope are accurate. Any necessary changes will be made at this time. The client will also verify our onsite arrival and authorize us to begin collection.
At this stage, all devices and other e-waste materials will be collected, serialized, and logged. Additionally, any necessary data destruction will be performed in accordance with the established scope of work.

Geeks Repair Group LLc. Electronic waste program
During the processing of your devices, they will be categorized into three main groups.
1.
Reuse: If a device is suitable for reuse in its current state, it will undergo minor necessary repairs. In cases where the data storage medium has been removed, a new drive will be installed. This approach represents the most environmentally responsible option, as it minimizes waste generation and reduces the environmental impact of waste processing. It is crucial to handle devices properly, as many contain toxic materials that can pose risks to both human health and the planet.
2.
Reduce: This category applies to devices that are only partially functional, such as those with damaged displays. Our technicians will extract any usable parts from these devices. The remaining components will be thoroughly disassembled, and any unusable parts will be sent for recycling.
3.
Recycle: For devices that are entirely non-functional or components deemed unusable, we will fully disassemble them and transfer the materials to our waste management partners for processing.
Thank you for your understanding and support in our commitment to responsible device management.
